She delivers 2 Equine Assisted Coach Training programs in NY and Florida as well as individual and group equine assisted coaching for personal development.For 15 years, Lisa has engaged in global organization and systems development, team and executive coaching and integrates The Equine Assisted Coaching Experience into her corporate clients.

She is the Author of "Inspiring Real Change: Using Systemic Experiential Learning to Develop Systems, Organizations, Teams and Individuals" and is currently working on her book, “The Equine Coaching Experience; the link to practical alchemy” due out in 2010.

The topic of the one hour interview is about how Equine Assisted Coaching combined with ICF certified coaching opens the door for the practical manifestation of transformational experiences to create authentic abundance personally and professionally.
